This permanent position covers project management of our design and build projects with a strong focus on ensuring our high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of build are achieved.
Start date; Feb 2023
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for trades and suppliers during construction.
- Ensure the project timelines are met
- Ensure the build is completed to specification and to the expected high quality of workmanship.
- Manage all sub-contractors to ensure they adhere to the build programme and quality standards.
- Comply with the Health and Safety Policy Statement and OHS Management System at all times.
- When required, work with the team to support them in delivering the projects. For example, smaller site deliveries to support building crews
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Project management experience within the residential building industry
- Minimum of 5 years trade experience in the residential building industry
- Proven Project Management experience
- Experience with Buildertrend and MS Office tools
- A sound working knowledge of Health and safety practices in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of residential practices and Council compliance regulations/requirements.
- Understanding of current building product range.
- Keen eye for detail
- Self-managed, driven, has the ability to pick up a job and run on their own
- Full NZ drivers license

This is a permanent full time position for a qualified builder and experienced supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for someone to support us in delivering projects on time and to the highest level of quality.
Requirements for this role:
- Must be qualified and have proven experience running new residential jobs
- The ability to problem solve and deal with technical issues on site
- High level of attention to detail and the drive to deliver the best job every time
- Being confident communicating with building crew, other contractors, owners and clients
- Comply with H&S standards within the industry
- Have your own tools
- Licensed Building Practitioner desirable but not a must
- Full NZ drivers license
