    Cameron Holmes

    From a young age Cameron has been taught to build by his father. After school he gained his apprenticeship and has since gained 12 years experience working in prestigious building companies in Hamilton, Christchurch and Auckland as both a builder and later a Site Manager. He is passionate about quality and has the skills to manage the full scope of project.

    Mike Holmes

    Mike is a project manager with an engineering degree from Waikato University. He works behind the scenes supporting Cameron with business strategy, customer management, administration tasks, and project reporting.

Our Process

  1. Meet and Greet.  Meet Cameron and talk over your plans, goals, budget. We share with you the process, what to expect and plan the next meeting.
  2. Develop plan.  Meet Cameron and our designer to develop your design/ideas.  This may take a few meetings to come to a final house plan.
  3. Quote.  We then provide a fixed price quote based off the agreed plans and specifications you decide on.
  4. Contract.  Once you are happy with the plans, specifications and quote.  We provide you with a Registered Master Builders Contract.
  5. Consent and Construction.  Now the real fun starts.  In this phase you will see your designs come off the plans and become a reality.During this entire phase Cameron will be your single point of contact and be there to answer any questions and support you.
